Second annual conference - save the date!

The second annual conference of the Partnership, LLP and LLC Law Forum will take place on Thursday 10 January 2019, again hosted by Nottingham Law School (NLS). It will be a joint conference with the NLS Centre for Business and Insolvency Law on the theme of the regulation of closely held businesses.

A call for papers and registration will follow in due course but will be as inclusive as possible - we will welcome papers from any jurisdiction on any matters related to partnerships, LLPs, LLCs and similar alternative business organisations - including regulation, management, tax, employment and other issues.
